Those close to the event consider our Pit Master Ken Knotts founder of Knothead BBQ the REAL Champion of the Battle of the Bags Event. Ken is a master on the smoker and this sauce is no exception. A must have for any BBQ lover. Ken said he has not learned to properly jar yet. So the sauce is in a jar but it is not "jarred".  The sauce will last for months IMO.  It will be in a 16 oz Mason jars.
